I have rosacea, a chronic skin condition involving inflammation of the cheeks, nose, chin, forehead, or eyelids. It appears as redness, prominent spider-like blood vessels, swelling, or skin eruptions, These symptoms cause discomfort from itchiness, and burning, and can also cause your skin to become disfigured, such as, a bulbous nose.

My doctor prescribed metronidazole (MetroGel), a topical antibiotic gel. MetroGel is very costly, between 50-60 bucks per tube, and can have some serious side effects. It flakes when it dries and I was constantly being told by people that there were flakes on my face; rather embarrassing.

One day, I asked the pharmacist if there were any over-the-counter cremes or lotions that may help to control rosacea. He immediately directed me to this Eucerin Calming Creme. I bought some and began applying it to my face twice a day, morning and evening. It took a few days, but to my surprise, my skin began looking and feeling normal again... Read more

Sometimes I overdo the retinol-based products and need something to moisturize without adding more irritation. No matter what is going on, from an accidental sunburn to over-exfoliating, this moisturizer helps calm things down and moisturizes well. It's probably on the heavy side for people who don't have very dry skin, but it's great for me.

I have mild to moderate rosacea. I was doing some research on the internet and came across a web site which was partially sponsored by Eucerin. Since I was already familiar with their fabulous hand lotion I decided to give their Redness Relief line of products a try.

I have been using the Redness Relief Soothing Moisture Lotion for two weeks now in conjunction with twice daily Redness Relief Soothing Cleanser. I can already see a marked difference in the level of redness on my face. I wash my face with the cleanser first, dry the skin and then apply the Moisture Lotion. Do not be concerned by the fact that the product contains only 1.7 fl. ounces. I use a tiny amount (probably smaller than 1/2 a dime) and it completely covers my face. This amount of product will last a long time. I have chosen to use the Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme at bedtime instead of the lotion. I'm a 29 year old female. I went to a dermatologist years ago and he told me I had the worst case of Rosacea he had ever seen. I was in my early 20s at the time. He prescribed some sort of "Metro" gel and it didn't work. Since then I've tried different over the counter products in hopes of finding something that could at least somewhat control my burning, bright red, thick skinned cheeks. I was just casually browsing here on Amazon and came across this product, read the reviews and decided to go for it. I am so thrilled I find myself telling everyone about it! You are not alone! I have battled cellulite from size 1 up to my current size 6. I have it from knees up to belly button. Cute. I was doubtful, but was desperate. I bought the 2 packs of patches and the 2 packs of gel cream. Using patches; Cellulite is actually gone in this area...If only these were entire thigh-sized I'd give them 5 stars. I pick my most embarrassing area, above my knees, since there is just no hiding that in shorts. I apply them at night to CLEAN skin *(do not put the gel cream product on the patch area! I patch, then I gel AROUND the patch) Effects are temporary and these patches are not cheap for the size you get. Good for a quick fix when you have to wear shorts and are too mortified. I have Hawaii in a week...Thank you for the small boost of courage, worth a try especially if you are lucky enough to just have a small problem area.

I normally wait at least a month prior to writing a review on something like this. I try to remain consistent in it's use, too. I've been using this with the serum for about two weeks. I'm not really remembering on the weekend.

Today, from observation, the cellulite on the back of my thighs has almost completely disappeared. It hasn't worked as well on my rear-end, but it is helping. I cannot believe this. I've been using a very expensive French cellulite cream for a year and I ran out. It did next to nothing that I could tell.

I've barely been using this or been consistent with it and it seems to work very well. With the French cream, I was using one of those cellulite brushes. Probably having lost all hope, I've just been mildly massaging this Nivea stuff in (as well as the serum).

Let me preface this: I do work out HARD and EXTREME six days a week with both circuit training and high intensity interval training. I drink TONS of water and I've cut out... Read more
