It has been consistantly recommended by all of the doctors that have treated me. This creme is extremely thick & is difficult to put on your skin and spread, but I beleive it is the best over-the-counter moisturizer if you have allergy and/or skin issues. I can put it on ANY part of my body without a reaction to my sensitive skin, especially around my eyes. If anyone can recommend a better product for people with skin problems without a prescription, I am listening. Marren "jtm497" (Glen Ridge, NJ USA) - See all my reviews       This review is from: Eucerin Original Healing Soothing RepairCreme, Original, 4-Ounce Jars (Pack of 3) (Health and Beauty) I bought this in a pinch when my regular cream Cetaphil Fragrance Free Moisturizing Cream, 16-Ounce Jars (Pack of 2) wasn't in stock, but that was a mistake. This cream is very, very heavy, almost like the zinc oxide that lifeguards wear on their noses at the beach. It doesn't rub in, really, but leaves a thick white residue on my hands, and even though I wear white cotton gloves at night when my hands are really dry White Cotton Parade Gloves , this cream still leaves grease marks on the sheets. This cream may have some medical use, but I'll stick with the Cetaphil or Aquaphor.
